Jeff De Cagna is chief strategist and founder of Principled Innovation LLC, located in Reston, Virginia. He is frequent speaker and adviser to associations across the country and around world. A Fellow of ASAE & The Center for Association Leadership, Jeff serves on The Center's Board of Directors. He produces the Principled Innovation Blog and podcast, and he is one of the "Five Independent Thinkers" who co-authored the groundbreaking book, We Have Always Done It That Way: 101 Things About Associations We Must Change. A graduate of The Johns Hopkins University, Jeff earned his master's degree at Harvard University.
